StoryPowered understands the complexity, and special niche of community development. Our team has been involved in all aspects of sales and marketing of master planned and continuing care retirement communities utilizing our expertise to help launch, resurrect, or reposition their offering.

We have created a sound methodology in uncovering the core elements of a community and communicating them strategically. We are passionate about the sequencing of events that need to unfold in order to maximize sales velocity. We hold firm to the belief that everything is about sales; meaning every decision made within a community is either going to move a prospect closer to the pen, or further away.

Often, we are used to assessing a community's current sales, marketing and communication programs to infuse new energy and purposeful direction into the sales efforts. We may supplement a corporate marketing department's efforts to provide additional support, work with an outside sales team, and or provide strategic marketing to repositioning a community with new ownership.
