Bill Borg: An entrepreneur, public speaker, and highly respected industry veteran Bill has worked in the resort, planned, and senior living community industry for over 35 years in senior management, marketing, and consulting roles with many of the premier developments in the southeast.

Bill Joined Marriott Vacation Club in 1986 and served as Director of Sales Operations, and Regional sales trainer. Under his leadership at Marriott (1986-2000) the Hilton Head Island operation received three Resorts of the Year awards.

In 2001 Bill formed NOW! Inc. NOW! Inc. a consulting firm providing strategic sales and marketing services and turned key solutions for real estate developers, senior living communities and municipalities has been involved in many of the area most successful communities.

In 2005, as an original partner, Bill helped form Private Mountain Communities, a real estate advisory service that provides consumers with an independent buyer’s resource representing the regions developments.

In 2010 based on the continued emphasis and a central belief in the power of story Now!, Inc. was renamed StoryPowered.

Bill has built a reputation on his comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing and an acute ability to access a product or community’s attributes and distill it down to a core distinctive story and communications strategy. His deep knowledge of all aspects of community development allows him to consult holistically.


Bill lives in Arden NC with his two daughters; Rebecca and Elizabeth. Bill enjoys fly fishing, hiking, photography, collecting art and writing.

Most recently she designed and helmed the resale program for the Cliffs Communities.  As the Director of Resale her responsibilities included the implementation, structure, and day to day operations of resale efforts at 8 Cliff’s developments. Her team was responsible for over $300,000,000 in sales.

    Eric Scheffer: has had a distinguished 22 year career in television, commercials and motion pictures. Eric has worked as a producer around the globe working with well-known talent. As Executive Producer for Harmony Pictures, he managed more than 85 employees and annual sales over $35 million dollars. His career as a consulting producer for BBD&O advertising agency has taken him to Buenos Aires and Argentina. As media, production and brand consultant for the McCann Ericsson advertising agency, he has worked in Santiago, Chile. As a World Strategy Consultant, he worked for Lempke Anderson in Europe. A few of his multinational clients include Coca Cola Worldwide, MacDonald's, American Airlines, Nike, and Apple Computers.

    Mark Wilson: Mark Wilson is a 35-year veteran in the Advertising and Marketing industry. His creative genius has helped bring to life powerful stories.

    His career began in 1974 as an Art Director at Price/McNabb Advertising, followed by an 11-year run as Vice President/Senior Art Director at The Mother Earth News magazine, a national consumer publication then headquartered in Hendersonville, N.C.

    When the magazine was sold and relocated to New York City, he opted to remain in the Asheville area, working for three years as Creative Director at Western Reserve Advertising before founding a seven-year partnership with Berdahl, Smith, Wilson.


    In 1996 he helped found Wilson, Coman & Taylor, a full-service communications and public relations firm in Asheville.

    In 2008 he left WC&T to start a creative services and consulting business on his own.

    Mark is equally adept at design, art direction, copywriting, broadcast production, strategic planning, and brand development and management. His creativity has won hundreds of local, regional and national advertising awards.
