Bill Borg and his team involved in "StoryPowered" are the best I have worked with in my 30+ year professional real estate career. Simply saying he is an "Out of the box Thinker" does not do justice to what Bill is able do. The first thing he does is help you to define your box (not as obvious as it sounds!) and then he does a masterful job of helping you build the core story of your box. He is tied into some great creative and technically proficient minds that help you define the best media and cost. When we first started working together at Creston in 2010 I mentioned one of my biggest challenges had been showing the properties in Creston's final phase (III) where the majority of the Developer's remaining inventory sat. This area was near the bottom of the mountain and didn't have an identity. More recently, this strategy culminated with a provocative ad and front cover in the July Homes & Land issue created by you. We have had more responses from this July issue then we have ever had with print advertising, even at the peak of the real estate market. Also, your market analysis has been spot on. 95% of our clients in the last 60+ days have been looking for a land/home package price in the $300K-$400K range after years of homesite sales averaging in the $200Ks.
